NIC-EIC Platinum Promise

For added peace of mind CJ Solar is a registered contractor with the NIC-EIC Platinum Promise scheme.

The Platinum Promise means necessary steps can be taken to put work right if something unexpected happens such as an installer deregistering, or if they cease trading. The scheme also makes sure that installation work is safe and meets the required regulations.

The Platinum Promise can be used if:

• The contractor was registered with NICEIC for the type of work undertaken at the time the installation was complete
• The work has been fully completed within the last six years.
